Molds and fungi are found in large quantities everywhere in our world, but require moisture in order to grow. When mold is permitted to grow unchecked inside a residence or business it can cause extensive structural and property damage and may even endanger human health. 

 

Often, mold is able to progress unseen inside walls, carpets and other areas provided moisture and a source of nutrients is present. It’s estimated that 40% of homes in the U.S. are host to some sort of mold problem.
